INGREDIENTS
1 small cup maida
1 cup white rawa
1 cup of rice flour (Dried)
1 table spoon beasen flour
1/2 tea spoon mustard seeds
4 nos green chillies
1/4 spoon jeera
1/4 spoon black pepper corns
few curry leaves and green corinander leaves
METHOD

METHOD
- Soak rawa in 200ml of water for 1/2 hour,add maida,rice flour,beasen flour salt to taste to the soaked rawa.
- Add requ water to bring the mixtue watery, add jeera, pepper curry leaves and corrinder leaves.
- Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in frying pan add musterdseeds and cut green chillies.
- Pour them in the mixture.
Heat dosa tawa and pour the watery mixture widely.
