Onion Chutney

INGREDIENTS

Small Onion (Shallot)  1 cup
Dry red Chillies 3 nos
Tamarind
Mustard
Urad dhal
Curry leaves
Oil


METHOD

In a pan add oil and dry red chillied.

Add peeled and chopped shallots to the pan.

Saute until it turn golden brown color(this gives nice color to the chutney) .

Now grind the onion along with little water, salt and a little amount of tamarind.

Now add mustar urad dhal tempering to the Chutney.
