Cauliflower fry

INGREDIENTS

Onion

Cauliflower

Coriander powder

Red chilli powder

Green chillies

turmeric powder

Mustard seeds


METHOD


Half cook the cauliflower and keep aside.

Add little oil in pan and add mustard seeds.

When mustard seeds splitters add onion and saute till they get little brownish.

Now add green chilli and then half cooked cauliflower , fry for a while.

Add 1 spoon coriander powder and add chilli powder and salt to your taste.

Fry till the cauliflower is fried.
